Alas, another year has passed and our family was looking forward to a new year "2011". We were really hoping and praying that this year will be even better and more happier for our family.
In Singapore, celebration is normally quite simple as compared to other countries like Philippines and US. Singaporean just celebrate it with family, although a countdown party is always held in some location here in Singapaore for some residence. This year it was held at the Marina Bay. So it was quite inconveniece for us to go there as my darling Ysha is still small.
Thus for us, we star the celebration by attending the mass at St. Anne Church to give thanks to our Lord Jesus for all blessing and trials we had overcome from the past year and asking for continued guidance for the coming year. Then we headed back to the house for our family celebration. I prepared some food for our family to enjoy while Raffy watched the countdown on the television. Nica and Ysha played together filling the house with lots of noise and laughter.
